This is lovely - a vintage tin, probably antique, with worn brown scumble/marble pattern with a shell motif on the front and sides. There is an advertising slogan about Lyons Tea inside the lid. In itself a lovely item but this one also has a perpetual calendar on the front so you can use it for desk storage and to keep an eye on the date too. The date is changed via three different dials, all of which are in working order. There is quite a lot of rust and wear as to be expected, plus a bit of damage to one hinge, although the tin opens ok - see photos.
Dimensions are 8cm x 7cm x 13.5cm.
